Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, communicate concerns to the Manager, and answer telephone calls within three rings. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while greeting guests with a warm smile. This role requires a friendly, caring attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and maneuvering food trays safely. No experience is necessary.
