Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage reservations via phone or online, and escort diners to tables while maintaining an organized seating chart. Monitor the dining area to ensure tables are cleaned and reset quickly, address guest inquiries, and relay special requests to kitchen staff and management. Coordinate with servers to ensure timely seating and answer basic phone inquiries. Ensure the dining area remains compliant with health and safety regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.
