Job Summary
Greet guests within 30 seconds of entry, directing them to dining options and providing brief experience descriptions. Conduct the initial welcome while maintaining outstanding guest service standards and a positive team environment. Pick up orders, complete take-out preparation, and perform side work duties as specified. Assist other team members with station duties and accommodate special seating requests. Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol serving procedures with 100% accuracy, including end-of-shift checkout. Maintain uniform, appearance, and grooming standards while working fast-paced mobility shifts up to 8 hours. Must be able to read, communicate clearly, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in extreme heat or cold. Night and weekend availability required for this $14/hour + tips role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers, management, and guests
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds
- Capable of working in extreme heat or cold environments
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length
- Must be efficient and accurate with money and figures
- Must possess manual ability to manipulate register system and handle/serve food
- Must have night and weekend availability
