As a Host at Chili's, you will provide a warm welcome to every guest, manage the wait list, communicate guest concerns to the manager, answer phone calls within three rings, and assist fellow team members when needed. No previous experience is required, and you should have a friendly demeanor, quick response in busy environments, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. This position offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for growth.
