Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and answer telephone calls within three rings. Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate and help fellow team members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while greeting guests with a warm, caring attitude. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting requiring quick thinking and the ability to stand for long periods. Safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary. No experience required; flexible part-time or full-time schedules available.
