Job Summary
Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner, assisting servers and cashiers in servicing guests throughout their bar experience. Collect payments for all guest transactions, prepare cashier reports, and distribute tips as appropriate. Manage reservations, ensure menu quality control, and perform opening and closing duties per the side work checklist. Answer the telephone according to standards and maintain high personal appearance and grooming in proper uniform. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, alcohol laws, and certification requirements including Food Handlers and Safety training. Attend meetings and training as required by management while maintaining regular attendance.

- Must have the ability to assimilate complex information data etc from disparate sources and consider adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need
- Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions
- Must comply with certification requirements as required for position to include Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness Safety etc
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
