Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list efficiently. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings. Direct calls and help fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food. No experience necessary; join our team with a friendly, warm attitude ready to deliver exceptional hospitality.
