Job Summary
Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm, then seat them promptly while managing the waitlist and special requests diplomatically. Offer all available seating options and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, specials, and promotions. Stay abreast of floor plan information and seating rotation, accurately using guests' names and details. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. This role serves as the first and last impression ambassador for Circle Dining Room at The Breakers, requiring a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays
