Job Summary
The host/ess at XRG is responsible for delivering a friendly greeting upon guests' arrival, promptly seating guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Key duties include greeting guests, managing table rotations for efficient service, carrying drinks, assisting guests to their tables, and responding to any guest concerns. A high school diploma is preferred along with proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid driver’s license, and being at least 18 years old. The role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, familiarity with restaurant operations and safety protocols, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
- Proper lifting techniques
- Guest relations
- Sanitation and safety
- Safe alcohol service
- Full service restaurant operations
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing
