Job Summary
Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and answer telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to stand for long periods and lift trays safely. No experience necessary.
