Host - Cheltenham Chili's

Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls to the appropriate Team Members. Help fellow Team Members as needed while contributing to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
