Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, manage seating arrangements and wait lists, and accurately process payments for cash, credit, and other transactions. Answer phones, assist with carryout orders, and maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining areas. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers while performing additional duties as assigned. No experience is required, though prior host/cashier experience is a plus. This role supports JDK's mission to deliver exceptional experiences at their family dining restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
