Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, manage seating and wait lists, and accurately process payments for cash and credit cards. Answer phones, assist with carryout orders, and maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining areas. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations while performing additional duties as assigned. No experience is required; prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
