Job Summary
Welcome guests, handle transactions and greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. Manage seating and wait lists to ensure smooth restaurant flow, accurately process payments, answer phones, assist with carryout/to-go orders, maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining areas, and communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers. A team-first, initiative-driven approach and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs are important in a fast-paced dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- No experience is required. Prior host/cashier experience is a plus.
