Job Summary
Greets guests courteously, manages seating, and handles reservations while operating the P.O.S. system to process cash, charge, and complimentary sales. Coordinates restaurant flow, assigns staff, and assists servers with table service and pre-bus duties. Resolves service issues, maintains dining areas, and promotes casino events and programs. Requires high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent and literate in English
- Ability to operate a P.O.S. System and/or adding machine and make change
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cash handling experience
