Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant operations, perform restroom checks, and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing promotions, and clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed. Effectively manage guest wait times, resolve complaints, and communicate with guests to ensure a positive dining experience. This role supports our farm-fresh dining mission and offers early close hours with no late nights.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)

- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
