Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and monitor restaurant flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Perform restroom checks, answer phones, and keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables, and assist with marketing and situational selling. Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed, and manage guest wait times by working with managers to quote accurate times. Effectively handle guest complaints and involve the manager when appropriate. This role requires standing for entire shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong multi-tasking skills. Join our team where good grows.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)

- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
