Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant operations, perform restroom checks, and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas. Handle cash and credit transactions, process gift cards, and assist with promotional services and situational selling. Clear and sanitize tables as needed, manage guest wait times, and resolve complaints by involving managers when appropriate. Execute safe food and beverage handling practices while accurately accounting for all receivables.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)

- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
