Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor the restaurant environment, perform restroom checks, keep lobby and retail areas clean, and maintain general work areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing and situational selling, and clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed. Effectively manage guest wait times, resolve complaints, and respond to phone calls. This role offers up to $15.00 per hour with early closes and no late nights. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
