Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and monitor flow to seat them appropriately while delivering menus and kid packs. Perform restroom checks, answer phones, and keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing and situational selling, and clear or set tables as needed. Effectively manage guest wait times, resolve complaints by involving managers, and ensure safe food handling. Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. Requires strong guest service skills, POS proficiency, and ability to multi-task. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
