Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant needs, perform restroom checks, and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing and situational selling, and effectively address guest complaints. Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed, while working with managers to manage wait times. This role requires dependability, exceptional teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong guest service skills, detailed orientation, and the ability to accurately handle money and process POS transactions. Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions
- Strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
- Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills

- Must be able to stand for entire shift
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down
- Must be able to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
