Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor the restaurant to handle crowds, answer phones, and perform restroom checks. Keep the lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked, and practice safe food handling. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing promotions, and clear, sanitize, and set tables. Resolve guest complaints by involving managers when necessary. Stand for entire shifts, walk long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires strong guest service skills, POS knowledge, and ability to handle money.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)

- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
