Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant operations to handle crowds, answer phones, and perform restroom checks. Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas, and ensure safe food handling practices. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing promotions, and clear tables as needed. Effectively resolve guest complaints and communicate wait times with management. Handle all duties as assigned while maintaining exceptional teamwork and dependability.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
