Job Summary

Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant operations, perform restroom checks, and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, assist with marketing promotions, and clear or set tables as needed. Effectively manage guest wait times, resolve complaints, and communicate with guests throughout their dining experience. Stand for entire shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks. Required Qualifications
