Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant needs, perform restroom checks, and keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked. Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately account for receivables, and assist with promotional services and situational selling. Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed, manage wait times by coordinating with managers, and effectively address guest complaints. Stand for entire shifts, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safe food handling practices. Assist in other job categories as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)

- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
