Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor restaurant needs, perform restroom checks, and keep lobby, bakery, and retail areas clean and stocked. Handle cash and credit transactions, process gift cards, and assist with marketing and situational selling. Clear, sanitize, and set tables as needed, while managing wait times and resolving guest complaints. Accurately account for all receivables and handle food and beverage safety. Assist in other job categories as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, good organizational skills
- Excellent guest service skills and experience

- Must be able to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down
