Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage seating flow while delivering menus and kid packs. Monitor guest needs, perform restroom checks, and maintain cleanliness in the lobby, bakery, and retail areas. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, process gift cards, and assist with marketing promotions. Clear and sanitize tables as needed, manage wait times by coordinating with managers, and effectively resolve guest complaints. Assist in other job categories as assigned. This role supports Bob Evans' mission of serving high-quality farm-fresh food in a family dining environment with a focus on community and guest care.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
