Job Summary
Host/Cashier at 19 STEAKHOUSE (ON CALL) providing superior service to guests, greeting and seating guests, processing sales transactions, handling cash and paperwork, maintaining accurate wait times, and upholding Belterra Casino Resort customer service standards. Responsibilities include building customer relations, handling reservations/waiting lists, operating the electronic reservation system, basic math, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with gaming regulations and licensing requirements. Must be able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications and be at least 16 years old; on-the-job training is typical.
