Job Summary
Welcome every Guest and manage the wait list while answering telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and thinking quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food. No experience necessary.
