Job Summary
Greet guests on arrival with a warm welcome, manage the reservation system and floor seating charts, and accurately quote wait times while escorting patrons to tables. Follow up on guest requests directly or through assigned staff, assist servers and bartenders with utensil maintenance and equipment cleaning, and buss tables to reset them to standard. Answer incoming phone calls professionally, process to-go orders and merchandize requests, and ensure the host stand remains organized, clean, and sanitary. Complete all setup and break-down tasks to standard while maintaining a friendly, multi-tasking presence throughout the shift.
