Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list efficiently. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings while directing them. Assist fellow Team Members as needed and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, standing for long periods and safely maneuvering food trays. No experience is necessary.
