Host - Bridgette Bar

Host responsibilities include greeting guests at the door in a prompt and friendly manner, handling reservations via text messages and OpenTable, seating guests, answering questions about food and beverage, maintaining front desk cleanliness and organization, coordinating with servers for next-table arrivals, processing payments as required, thanking guests on exit, and providing support to ensure smooth restaurant operations as directed by the manager. Must have strong English communication skills, basic knowledge of dining room procedures, basic math and POS operation, ability to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours), in-person scheduling availability, and be legally eligible to work in Canada. Ontario ProServe certification is required; familiarity with OpenTable is preferred.
