Job Summary
Welcome every Guest and manage the wait list while answering telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by greeting guests with a smile and acting quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Perform duties while standing for long periods and safely lifting and maneuvering food trays.
