Job Summary
Greet and seat guests efficiently while managing the seating chart and monitoring the waiting list. Handle take-out and delivery orders by assembling, packaging, and processing payments for cash, credit, and digital methods. Answer incoming calls, manage reservations via OpenTable, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at shift end. Maintain a friendly presence at the front desk to extend welcomes and handle guest inquiries or complaints. Requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints
- Legal Sea Foods participates in the federal E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility of all new hires
- All new hires will be required to complete Form I-9 and successfully participate in the E-Verify process
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Host
