Job Summary
Greet guests with warmth, help seat guests, take and relay orders, assist with to-go orders, perform light housekeeping, maintain cleanliness of restrooms, and ensure a welcoming guest experience in Bottleneck Management’s hospitality venues. Demonstrates exceptional guest service, clear communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
- Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
- Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive
- Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
