Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression upon their arrival. Manage the reservation system for accurate bookings, seat guests promptly, and respond to inquiries about the menu and promotions. Multitask by taking phone calls, coordinating with serving staff, and assisting with to-go order pickups. Maintain a clean host stand and lobby area while collaborating with management to optimize table turnover. Uphold health and safety guidelines and resolve guest issues professionally. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry
