Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list efficiently. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings. Direct calls to the correct Team Members and assist with tray handling as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while supporting fellow Team Members. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting standing for long periods. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities.
