Job Summary
The Host at Blue Moon TapHouse is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, fluent English speaking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining wait lists, bussing tables as needed, and anticipating the needs of special parties. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and remain in a designated area for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
- Ability to read, review and understand seating charts
- Basic mathematical skills
