Greet every guest with warmth and confidence while managing reservations, walk-ins, and the waitlist accurately in OpenTable. Execute the floor plan to protect the guest experience and kitchen rhythm, communicating table status and pacing updates clearly to FOH management. Maintain full knowledge of the reservation book regarding special occasions, dietary needs, and VIP guests, while coordinating with servers on table readiness before seating. Answer the phone professionally and handle reservation inquiries with calm authority during peak periods. Keep the entrance, host stand, and front-of-house appearance to standard, closing the stand nightly by updating notes and reviewing the book. Report directly to the AGM and GM, ensuring every guest feels recognized and welcomed.
