Job Summary
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage efficient seating by balancing customer flow and accommodating special requests. Open the front door when possible, record party details for limited seating, and relay messages to servers. Provide estimated waiting times, inspect tables for proper presentation, and thank guests as they leave. Keep the hostess stand, foyer windows, and bathrooms clean with hourly checks. Answer the phone with a correct greeting. No prior restaurant experience required; standing for up to five hours and clear communication in the predominant language are essential.

- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must have exceptional grooming habits
