Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the manager. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls while helping fellow team members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food when necessary. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and quick thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
