Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings. Direct calls and help fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience necessary.
