Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them, while helping fellow Team Members and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a standing position for long periods, safely lifting and maneuvering trays of food in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
