Job Summary
Welcomes guests, coordinates seating flow, and answers questions about location, history, and merchandise. Addresses compliments or complaints by relaying information to management, suggestsively sells products, and wraps or bags items. Greets patrons, directs them to seating, sets up displays, and arranges retail merchandise. Cleans shelves, host stand areas, and surrounding tables while maintaining the wait list and tracking reservations. Maintains appearance compliant with company policy and communicates with staff regarding business situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Walking regularly throughout the establishment
- Regularly required to stand
