Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them appropriately. Assist fellow team members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting standing for long periods. No experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities and a benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance.
