Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct team member. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a standing position for long periods, safely lifting and maneuvering food trays. No experience is necessary.
