Job Summary
Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression as the primary point of contact for the dining experience. Escort guests to tables while managing arrivals, departures, and waitlists in an organized manner, anticipating preferences and providing accurate information on menus and resort amenities. Resolve guest concerns professionally or elevate issues to leadership as needed, ensuring all interactions reflect Forbes Five-Star standards. Prepare the host stand before each service, maintain cleanliness at the entrance and station, and answer telephone calls regarding reservations and inquiries. Collaborate closely with restaurant managers and service teams to coordinate seating, monitor dining room flow, and support staff where business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
