Job Summary
Greet and seat customers immediately within one minute using a systematic approach. Answer phones promptly, run wait lists, and handle up to twenty "to go" orders and money transactions per shift. Project a positive image, assist front-of-house and back-of-house staff as needed, and respond to guest requests or complaints. Act as a resource for guests regarding the menu, promotions, and hours of operation. Perform assigned functions including trash removal, stocking, restroom checks, and glassware washing. Complete hourly position validations and training materials. Must be 16 years old to serve alcohol. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years old to remove alcohol or as state regulations dictate
- 100% Walk and stand
- Climb stairs
- 50% Operate cash register and POS system and make changes
- 25% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials and watching videos
