Job Summary
Greet guests upon entering and departing, explain menu offerings and current promotions, and bid farewell with a sincere thank you. Assess guest demeanor to identify behavioral issues and follow alcohol awareness procedures for age verification and intoxication prevention. Maintain a cheerful disposition while keeping the foyer, host area, and cocktail tables clean and clutter-free. Ensure the hotel station is organized, menus are stocked, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards. Restock supplies, perform shift change and opening/closing duties, and follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Assist team members as needed and work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Required to stand/walk 100% of shift
- Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
- Plate food, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 30lbs
- Verbalize and respond to Guests
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Prior customer service experience
