Job Summary
As a Host at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, you will welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth dining experience. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are required to succeed in this fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling guest information and seating arrangements
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Must be at least sixteen years old
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergen information
- Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS – Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
